December 4, 2016- Appeared at Victorian Stroll, Argyle Gallery, 4th Street, Troy, NY. This event was a continuation of Art Is A Gift II. Thanks again to Argyle's Kaedy and Phil Caiozzo, fellow artists, and Victorian Stroll patrons for another fine day.

December 3, 2016- Appeared at Alterniverse 7th Annual Toys For Tots Toy Drive, Hyde Park Station, Hyde Park, NY. Thanks to Anthony Just and Jim Dunaway from Alterniverse, Cliff Parmeter, the United States Marine Corp, Toys For Tots, Hyde Park Station, special guests, and attendees for another wonderful and successful Alterniverse Toys For Tots drive. I contributed a sketch card of Hyde Park's own Jeffrey Dean Morgan as Supernatural's John Winchester as well as a pencil drawing of Mr. Morgan as The Comedian from the Watchmen movie.

December 1, 2016- Completed a pencil drawing montage of Carrie Fisher as Star Wars' Leia Organa for the second stage of Star Wars Celebration's 2017 Art Show selection process.

Update: The drawing was declined and I was not selected to be part of the Star Wars Celebration 2017 Art Show. Thanks to Lucasfilm Ltd. for the opportunity.

November 26, 2016- Appeared at Small Business Saturday, Argyle Gallery, 4th Street, Troy, NY. This event was a continuation of Art Is A Gift II. Thanks again to Argyle's Kaedy and Phil Caiozzo, fellow artists, and gallery patrons for a fun day.

November 25, 2016- Appeared at Argyle Gallery, 4th Street, Troy, NY for Troy Night Out Art Is A Gift II, the second annual Art Is A Gift presentation. Thanks to Argyle's Kaedy and Phil Caiozzo, fellow artists, and the many Troy Night Out patrons.

November 23, 2016- Appeared at the inaugural Arts In Careers Day, Schenectady High School, Schenectady, NY. Arts In Careers Day is designed to give the students an idea of the wide range of arts careers that are available and I gave a brief presentation on my work and experience in the world of illustration. Thanks to event organizer Natalie Boburka and the art students of Schenectady High for the opportunity to spend some time with them.

October 30, 2016- Appeared at Albany Comic Con 18, Radisson, Wolf Road, Albany, NY. Thanks to John and Matt Belskis, the Albany Comic Con crew, vendors, and fellow artist alley guests. Special thanks to all of the convention attendees who made this a wonderful day.

I contributed a pencil drawing of Catwoman to the Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Capital Region, Inc. charity art auction. Thanks to all who participated in this show's auction by donating items or bidding.

October 28, 2016- Appeared at Argyle Gallery, 4th Street,Troy, NY for this month's Troy Night Out Fantasy/Horror III show. Artwork from Argyle regulars and many new faces comprises this year's Fantasy/Horror collection. My contribution to this exhibition is a framed print of a pencil drawing of Kurt Barlow from the 1978 Salem's Lot TV mini-series. Face the master! Have a Happy Halloween.

October 19, 2016- Appeared at The Henry & Miriam Butzel Gallery, Sayles School of Fine Arts, Schenectady High School, Schenectady, NY for the opening of Every Picture Tells A Story. A selection of my Ars Magica, Spirit of the Season, and Grafenveer art are included in this group exhibition along with artwork by David Austin, Leah Ketchen, and Sydney McClaine.

Thanks to show organizer Natalie Boburka, fellow artists, and attendees for a wonderful show and a terrific evening.

The show will be on display until November 10, 2016. The gallery is open to the public Wednesdays from 3:45-5pm and on other days by appointment.

October 2, 2016- Appeared at Upstate NY Collector's Show, The Venue @ St. Joseph's, 65 Congress Street, Cohoes, NY. Thanks to show organizer Dan O'Neill, fellow vendors, and attendees for a wonderful day.

September 23 and 25, 2016- Appeared at Council of Five Nations XXXIX, Proctor's Theatre, Schenectady, NY, albeit for one day or so. Even in that shortened visit I had a great time and enjoyed catching up with Council regulars and meeting some new folks as well. Thanks to Council's David Cheng and Brett McLean, fellow vendors, and convention attendees old and new for another terrific Council gathering.

August 26-28, 2016- Appeared at Jack “King” Kirby's 99th Birthday Celebration at Argyle Gallery, 4th Street, Troy, NY and Excellent Adventures, 110 Milton Avenue, Ballston Spa, NY. Thanks to Kaedy and Phillip Caiozzo from Argyle Gallery and John and Matt Belskis from Excellent Adventures for this joint effort to honor the King and contribute to Hero Initiative on his behalf. Special thanks to all of the attendees, guests, donors, and volunteers for their generous contribution in making the weekend a success.

July 16, 2016- Appeared at Saugerties Public Library Comic Con, Saugerties, NY. Thanks to Christine Pacuk, convention staff, fellow vendors, and attendees for a compact and eventful day. Took part in the the comic creators panel with co-panelists Ryan Butt and Shane Moore and panel moderator Thomm Quackenbush.

July 9-10, 2016- Appeared at Infinity Con, Lake George Forum, Lake George, NY. Thanks to Steve Duckett, DW, and the Infinity Con staff as well as fellow convention guests, vendors, and attendees for a wonderful weekend.

June 24, 2016- Troy, NY becomes Candyland for this month's Troy Night Out. Argyle Gallery, 4th Street,Troy, NY presents Taking Candy From A Stranger!, an artist's choice art exhibition from Argyle regulars and some new faces as well. My contribution to this exhibition includes framed prints of novel covers for Dinocalypse Now!, Khan of Mars, King Khan, Stone's Throe, and The Pharaoh of Hong Kong. Drop in and treat yourself to the show and some free candy.

June 19, 2016- Appeared at Upstate NY Collector's ShowThe Venue @ St. Joseph's, 65 Congress Street, Cohoes, NY. Thanks to show organizer Dan O'Neill and company, the vendors, and all of the attendees who dropped in to celebrate a wonderful Father's Day with us. October 2nd, 2016 has been set as the date for the second Upstate NY Collector's Show. Mark your calendar's and support a fun, family show at a unique venue. Hope to see you there!

June 11-12, 2016- Prints of the pencil drawing of Marvel Comics' Groot and the line art for both the Nog: War For Planet Nuba cover and Strange Tales of the Century cover will be on view and for sale at the 6th Annual Cohoes Artist Showcase being held at Cohoes Music Hall, 58 Remsen Street, Cohoes, NY. This short but wonderful show is organized by Choose Cohoes for Art and is designed to increase awareness of the arts and artists in New York's Capital Region.

A framed print of the pencil drawing of Marvel Comics' Groot and a copy of the Argyle Gallery coloring book will be part of the auction to benefit Choose Cohoes for Art productions and the Lise Toch Creative Arts Education Fund.

May 27, 2016- Appeared at Argyle Gallery for their Troy Night Out (Un)Finished Artwork:: Phase II exhibition. I don't have any work in this exhibition, but I was at the gallery participating in the live art portion of the event in conjunction with Troy Night Out's "Made In Troy" theme.

May 25, 2016- Spent the day with the students and staff of Dutchess BOCES discussing career paths. Thanks to Stephen Lawson and his students for being such gracious hosts.

May 20-June 26, 2016- A framed digital print of the pencil drawing of Marvel Comics' Groot will be on view at the 51st Annual Fence Show at The Arts Center of the Capital Region, Main Gallery, Troy, NY. The Fence Salon runs from May 20th to June 26th, 2016.

May 7, 2016- Celebrated Free Comic Book Day at Alterniverse, Hyde Park, NY. Thanks to proprietors Anthony Just and Jim Dunaway, fellow guests Christian Di Bari and Nelson Blake II, and all the friends, family, and comic book fans who came out to join us.

April 29, 2016- Appeared at Argyle Gallery for their Troy Night Out Argyle-The Coloring Book Extended Cut exhibition. This is the second edition of the exhibition consisting of black and white artwork which is featured in the first volume of the Argyle Gallery Coloring Book. Argyle Gallery Coloring Books will be for sale at this and future Argyle events while supplies last.

April 9, 2016- Appeared at The Heroes and Villains Con, Heroes and Villains, Cortland, NY. Thanks to convention organizers Vanessa Mielke, Stephen Vincent, Jr., and Dan Sopp for a wonderful day. Special thanks to all of the attendees and guests who made the show a resounding success. Congratulations to the Heroes and Villains team on an excellent first show. March 25, 2016- Appeared at Argyle Gallery for their Troy Night Out Argyle Gallery: The Coloring Book exhibition. The exhibition consists of black and white artwork by local artists. The artwork is also featured in the first volume of the Argyle Gallery Coloring Book which will be on sale at this and future Argyle Gallery events while supplies last. My contribution to the exhibition and coloring book is the line art for both the Nog: War For Planet Nuba cover and Strange Tales of the Century cover. See the exhibition, pick up a coloring book, and color to your heart's content.

March 12, 2016- Appeared at In Your Face Wrestling's The "Memories, Moments and Mayhem" Convention and Wrestling Event (M3), Polish Community Center, Albany, NY. Thanks to Scott Scarsdale, Drake Evans, and the In Your Face Wrestling (IYFW) team as well as the M3 attendees, vendors, and special guests for a terrific day. Congratulations to the IYFW team on their most successful event to date.

March 4-6, 2016- Appeared at Genericon XXIX, Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) campus, Troy, NY. Thanks to Artist Alley Coordinator Kathryn DiPippo, the Genericon and RPI staff, exhibitors, and attendees for a wonderful weekend.

March 4, 2016- Completed a set of interior illustrations for Atlas Games' Feng Shui 2 Free RPG Day Quickstart. Mark your calendar! Free RPG Day is June 18th this year. Stay tuned for more details and previews.

February 4, 2016- Completed a cover illustration for Atlas Games' Dies Irae: A Book of Wrathful Days. This supplement provides new world's end scenarios for your Ars Magica gameplay and is slated for an April 2016 release. Until then, you can learn more about this book, see a preview of the full cover, and leave your comments on this Atlas Games Forum thread. Here is a preview of the Dies Irae cover illustration.

Dies Irae: A Book of Wrathful Days is the final supplement in the Ars Magica 5th Edition line which has been in development since 2004. I am fortunate to have been a regular contributor of interior and cover illustrations for Ars Magica titles for the last three and a half years. As we wrap up work on the 5th Edition, I would like to thank John and Michelle Nephew, Cam Banks, and the Ars Magica team for their trust and confidence. It's been a fun and challenging expedition across 12th Century Europe and Northern Africa. Finally, best wishes to retiring Ars Magica Line Editor, David Chart.

January 28, 2016- Completed a set of interior illustrations for Atlas Games' Dies Irae: A Book of Wrathful Days. This Ars Magica supplement is set for an April 2016 release. Until then, you can learn more about this book and leave your comments on this Atlas Games Forum thread.

January 20, 2016- Completed an illustration for an upcoming release from Fantasy Flight Games. Due to contractual obligations no details are available yet, so stay tuned for news and previews to come at a future date.
